VA kaam actually kya hota hai

Virtual Assistant ka matlab broadly ye hai ki kisi ka kaam remotely karna. Definition itni broad isliye hai kyunki VA kaam genuinely broad hai.

Kuch VAs sirf emails handle karte hain. Kuch scheduling aur calendar management karte hain. Kuch research karte hain. Kuch social media ke posts schedule karte hain. Kuch customer support emails reply karte hain, data entry karte hain, WordPress updates karte hain, travel bookings karte hain.

Upwork pe shuruat mein $5/hour rakha. Uncomfortable lagta tha, par pehle 4 reviews ke liye ye was the plan. 11 hafte mein 5 reviews aa gayi. Phir $9/hour kar diya. Kisi ne nahi choda actually.

Indian platforms ya local clients ke liye ₹300-350/hour solid starting point hai. 15 hours/week pe roughly ₹18,000-19,000/month. Standalone income ke taur pe less hai, side income ke taur pe genuinely solid hai.

Specialized VAs zyada charge karte hain. Real estate VA, medical VA, legal VA. Domain knowledge rare hai, toh rate premium milta hai. Direction mein jaana ho toh pehle 6-8 mahine generalist kaam karo phir specialize karo, order aise kaam karta hai better.

Package pricing bhi try karo. "20 hours/month ke liye ek fixed amount" client ko clarity deta hai, mujhe assured monthly income deta tha. Dono sides ke liye better arrangement hoti hai generally.


Pehle teen mahine: honest hisab

Month 1: 1 part-time client, 13 hours/week at $5/hour. Monthly: roughly ₹19,300.

Month 2: Wahi client continue, ek naya client Fiverr gig se (inbox management). 21 hours/week total. Monthly: ₹37,100 approximately.

Month 3: Pehle client ne hours badhaye, doosre client se longer contract. Monthly: ₹53,800 approximately.

Teen mahine mein koi job nahi chodi. Side income thi. Month 3 mein original target se 2x plus ho gayi thi.

Jo genuinely mushkil tha: ek client ka communication unpredictable tha. 2-3 din tak koi task nahi, phir suddenly 5 urgent tasks ek din mein. Ye pattern draining hota hai aur mujhe 4th mahine mein unhone khud contract end kiya. Dono sides ke liye relief tha honestly.

Ye experience ek cheez sikhata hai: client selection utna hi matter karta hai jitna client acquisition. Income aane ke baad choosy ho sakte ho, pehle nahi ho sakte poori tarah...
